With 15+ years spanning Seagate, DirecTV, Microsoft, Nike, and Shift Paradigm, Wright-Noor brings rare depth across the full modern data stack: Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and Power BI. She is known for leading agile, cross-functional teams that turn complex data infrastructure challenges into clear, measurable business outcomes.

Beyond her consulting practice, Maria is a published author writing on systemic power dynamics, women's empowerment, and oppression in marginalized communities across South Asia. Outside of work she finds balance on the racket sports court, in the studio through glass blowing and pottery, and among her plants. A mother of two, she is a committed advocate for expanding access to careers in data and technology.
